Orders are produced once payment has been successfully received.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, although timings may vary during peak periods or seasonal demand.

We are not liable for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping

We ship within the UK and internationally.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their destination country.

Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier, although we will assist where delivery issues arise.

7. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

As all items are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer preference.

Cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
