All products are made to order specifically for each customer.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately; however, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, fabric batches, and production processes.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

Orders are sent to production once payment has been successfully received.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before the order is dispatched. Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Delivery & FAQs page and may vary due to peak periods, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We work with third-party production and fulfilment partners to produce and deliver your order. While we work to ensure orders are fulfilled as efficiently as possible, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, subject to the delivery destinations and options available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Delivery & FAQs page and at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Current estimated total delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping carrier. If a delivery issue arises, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

7. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

UK customers may have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases, including a 14-day period to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods, where applicable.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
