At One Kingdom Co., every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please email:

and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Resolution Process

Once your request has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution which may include:

  • a replacement item
  • a refund

This will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.


Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • incorrect size selected when ordering
  • change of mind
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by misuse, improper care, or washing not in accordance with garment instructions

Order Cancellations

As production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accepted if production has not yet started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
